I offer three tiers of personal training.
Your initial session is a free assessment, followed by discussion of your goals. You can then decide which tier best suits you.
Bronze tier: one training session with me per week.
Silver tier: two sessions per week.
Gold tier: three sessions per week.
Whichever tier you choose, you will have a bespoke training and nutrition plan as well as unlimited phone and email support.
Prices depend on an individual client's goals and the likely timeframes needed to achieve them, circa £30 to £50 per session.
