  • Do you only take 'fit' or experienced clients?

    Not at all. I appreciate that sometimes just stepping into a gym is an achievement to be celebrated.

    I am equally at home training experienced and not so experienced clients.

  • How much do you charge?

    I have simple 3-point price structure dependent on your goals. I will be happy to talk you through these once we have identified your aims. See my prices page for more details.

  • Can I pay monthly?

    Yes, certainly. Payment can be made by Direct Debit. Please see my prices page for details

  • Do you do group exercise sessions?

    I feel it’s important to offer a service that is tailored to your own skill base, preferences and fitness goals. So, no, I don't offer group classes. 

  • Could I train with a friend?

    Yes, so long as the fitness aims of you both share similar goals. We can modify the sessions so that

    you can support each other on the journey. Costs will be reduced on this basis, please get in touch

    to discuss.

  • I have tried personal training before and have never stuck with it / got results, How can you help me?

    As you may have seen on my About Me page, I have been on a similar journey to most of my clients

    prior to being a fitness professional. I have tried it, failed and succeeded. I understand the highs and

    lows of the journey. I pride myself on being understanding, empathetic and celebrating

    achievements which keeps motivation alive. I am with you in and out of the gym..

  • I am training for a specific event, can you help?

    Most definitely. It would be great to understand your sport and aim. Periodisation is the foundation of any athlete's training plan. I would craft a plan with you which is well-organised, individualised and manages specific adaptations (including fatigue). I would be proud to be a part of your success.

  • Are you the drill sergeant type?

    Most definitely not. If that’s your thing, I am not for you. I like to think I can motivate, and push

    clients in a much smarter, inclusive way.
