Hi, I’m Richard Boyd . I offer high level bespoke Personal Training. I train clients at gyms close to my home in Berrow, Worcestershire, often with workouts featuring the fabulous countryside.
My passion for all things fitness began 10 years ago. As a father of young children, I realised that weighing 16 and half stone, with a 40-inch waist and low mood and self-esteem, I was severely limiting my health and potentially time with my family.
I decided to make significant changes to my poor choices around food, drink and activity.
10 years on, having made every mistake in the book, I now have a career in the training industry and I'm in a great place with fitness, food and strength.
I have healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
So, whether training for a specific event, looking to lose weight, increase strength, or just improve general aerobic fitness, I would love to be part of your journey.
