The journey starts with a free initial assessment, focusing on your reasons for wishing to start this journey. In this session, we'll focus on nutrition/diet, fitness likes and dislikes, medical history, lifestyle, and previous exercise experience.
This allows me to produce a tailor-made fitness plan and will form the backbone of our journey.
