Personal training in the shadow of the Malvern Hills
Working solely with me at Countryside Personal Training in my private gym facility, I offer a highly supportive approach to personal training. This includes:
- Advice on sustainable weight loss strategies and how to build these into your fitness plan.
- I work with a limited number of clients so I can offer bespoke levels of support, coaching and direction to achieve your fitness, weight , strength and health goals.
- Clients have an individual training plan, built around what they wish to achieve.
- You will have weekly check-ins on progress between sessions (after all, you spend more time away from me than with me).
- Unlimited support on the phone or by email.
- Regular reviews of your goals, progress.
The journey starts with a free initial assessment, focusing on your reasons for wishing to start this journey. In this session, we'll focus on nutrition/diet, fitness likes and dislikes, medical history, lifestyle, and previous exercise experience.
This allows me to produce a tailor-made fitness plan and will form the backbone of our journey.
